How guest passes work

Passes are issued to your account on the first day of each period (month, quarter, or membership year) and expire at the end of that period; unused passes do not carry over. A pass reserves one seat in a pass-eligible class or workshop at 360ism Studios, subject to availability: up to two pass seats are held per session and are released seven days before the class date. Passes cover the single-session classes (Intro to Photography, Manual Mode, On-Camera Flash) and the Thursday workshops (Studio Light Mastery, Multi-Light Studio Setups) shown on the class schedule; the Beginner Bootcamp series, private instruction, and special events are not pass-eligible. A pass is for you, or — where your plan includes a bring-a-guest pass — for one named guest attending with you. Passes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a discount, cannot be combined with the member class discount on the same seat, are used when you book a seat and do not attend, and are forfeited if you cancel or your membership lapses. Redeem a pass from your pass page; you receive the same confirmation as a paid registration. If 360ism cancels a session, your pass is reinstated.
