360ism Studios operates 360ism Network. This policy covers memberships and anything bought from the Network shop.
Memberships
Creative Member plans are billed at the rate and interval shown at signup and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the billing period already paid for.
If you are charged after cancelling, or charged an amount other than the one shown at signup, contact us and we will refund the difference.
New members may request a full refund within 14 days of a first payment. Renewal payments are outside that window, but if a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not used the member content in that period, contact us and we will look at it.
Digital products and downloads
Digital products, including course downloads, are delivered immediately. If a file does not download, will not open, or is not what the product page described, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or a full refund.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not refund a completed download simply because it is no longer wanted. If the product was misdescribed, that is our error and it is refunded.
Classes, workshops, and studio bookings
Cancellations made seven or more days before the session are refunded in full. Cancellations inside seven days may be moved to another date where a place is available. If we cancel or reschedule, you may take the new date or a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email info@360ism.com with the account email and the date of the charge, or use the contact form. Requests are answered by a person, usually within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on the provider.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, contact us before filing a chargeback. Nearly every billing issue can be settled the same day, and it is faster than a dispute.
