1. Accounts and membership
You may browse public content without an account. Creating an account requires accurate information and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid membership plans are billed at the rate and interval shown at signup. Subscriptions renew according to the plan terms until cancelled from your account page. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may change membership pricing with advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
3. Content and intellectual property
All articles, lessons, photographs, video, audio, and downloadable materials on the Site are the property of 360ism or their respective creators and are protected by copyright. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own use. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or share member-only content or your account access.
4. User submissions
Where the Site allows you to post comments or submit content, you retain ownership of your work. By submitting, you grant 360ism a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Site. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to anything you submit, including releases for identifiable people in photographs.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, harassing other members, posting unlawful material, or using the community to send spam or solicitations unrelated to the Site’s purpose. Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
6. Events, classes, and opportunities
Registrations for classes, workshops, and events may carry their own terms, prices, and cancellation policies, stated at the point of registration. Opportunity listings are posted by 360ism and approved contributors; arrangements made between members in response to listings are the responsibility of the parties involved.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Educational and business content reflects experience and opinion and is not professional legal, financial, or tax advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360ism is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may cancel your account at any time from your account page.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
